The Clean & Seal Process

Commercial grade detergents are used to restore the grout’s original color.

In our process we spray all tile and grout with our commercial grade cleaner and if possible let the grout soak for 20-30 minutes.

After the soaking period we deep scrub all the grout and tile by hand. We do not use machines in our cleaning process. We have found some machines to actually remove or damage tile and grout.

At this point we place air fans to dry to the grout and tile.

After the drying period, a sealant is then applied to maintain the original color for a longer period. The sealant is sprayed over the grout and tile and left to be absorbed by the grout. The sealant is usually absorbed by the grout in about 15 minutes.

We then towel wipe the tile to remove any sealant residue or pools.
All grout should be professionally sealed every 3-5 years. If the caulking around area we are cleaning is mildewed or unsightly, then we will remove the caulk. We spray a mildew killer on the caulk lines and then clean them to kill any mildew that may be under the caulk. We then replace the caulk where needed with the color that has been chosen.
